My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I wish i had read the previous instalments to this book beforehand because i'm sure i'm missing a bit more on the storyline than i care to admit. While Pearl White was very well written considering it's about two young adults (one 18 and the other nearly 18) having to decide on the next step in their relationship. No, not on whether being intimate, but marriage. Only, no matter how much they'd like to be physical, they want to hold off until they've taken the next step. 'Old fashioned' thinking considering the reality of today's youth with it comes to sexuality, but it was refreshing.

I enjoyed the story: it had a bit of everything while making it suspenseful enough to keep you guessing on what'll happen next. While i do need to brush up on the 'what happened' in this series, i am really curious to find out what happens next.
