Last Broken Rose by Fawn Bailey
He's done the unthinkable.
He's taken away my one passion, my last hope.
He's shattered my dream into pieces.
I wish I could hate him for what he's done to me.
For what he's taken away forever.
I wish I could kill him for making me want him.
But there's only one thing I want, a parting gift from Thorn.
I want him as helplessly in love with me as I am with him.
Because there's only one thing I'm certain of...
I will only be able to hurt him once he loves me.
Cover reveal for Blood Red Rose coming February 2018.
Reading order for Rose and Thorn:
Blush Pink Rose (FREE prequel)
Blood Red Rose (Book 1)
Pure White Rose (Book 2)
Last Broken Rose (Book 3)

My rating: 4 of 5 stars
The Rose and Thorn series comes full circle with the last instalment, Last Broken Rose by Fawn Bailey. Everything comes full circle and we finally get to find out why Harlow was chosen by Thorn. Why this little dancer was so special to him and how she got into dancing in the first place.
I won't lie - this book was more intense than any other book. This little girl (figuratively, not literally) has finally made the last steps to completely devote herself to Thorn. Is it wrong? Depends on who you ask. Is it twisted? Absolutely. Is it dark? Probably the most dark of all three instalments. Is it mesmerizing? Oh, hands down, yes. From all the books in the series, Last Broken Rose was my favorite for so many reasons.
Watching Harlow struggle to come to terms on how her upbringing brought her closer to Thorn and making the decision to fully submit by taking away the last thing that would make her want to run was intense. It was shocking because i didn't think this girl would be able to go through with it, even with how the previous book ended.
In a way, i'm a bit sad to see these two 'go away'. To have their story come to an end because it was fascinating to watch Fawn Bailey come into her own, away from what Isabella Starling usually writes - not that i didn't think she'd be able to make it, but there's just something uncertain about taking a pen name and making it thrive while being completely different from what you usually write. I'm honestly enjoying to see this author spread out and i love to see what she pens to paper because i know that it'll be unforgettable one way or the other.
