I've said it once and i'll say it again: ever since i got my hands on my first book by Natalie Bennett, she has never disappointed me when it comes to bringing the dark and twisted elements to her dark romances. I had the chance to read Love Obscene, the first novel in the duet, and was floored. It's no surprise that i had to find out Katie's fate after that cliffhanger ending!
Is there any way to really rate the 'hotness' of the scenes between Katie and Mason? Honestly, there is no way to effectively rate it, especially when it's mixed in with so much blood and 'more'. Goodness, so very few authors have been able to make my stomach roll simply by describing a scene, but Natalie Bennett sure as heck is one of them and i simply can't get enough of her books. They aren't censored, they aren't filled with unicorns and kittens, but they sure do quench that dark aspect of mine that demands i get to see just how depraved a person can become in the right situation.
