If there's one thing I an depend from Lauren Blakely, it's to deliver an adventure that you're unlikely to forget any time soon. That's exactly what she did with The Hot One, the story about a guy who finally realizes that the biggest mistake he's ever made was letting the girl of his dreams slip through his fingers and then attempt to win her back when he happens to meet her during a massage appointment. Only problem is, Tyler is the biggest a**hole according to Delaney and although her body hasn't forgotten how he made her feel, she's far from convinced that he won't do it again and shatter her heart in the process.

  


There's just something about these types of men that keep my attention so aptly that I can't wait to find out how they'll manage to dig themselves out of the holes they dug for themselves. Watching Tyler and Delaney fight amongst each other and try to avoid the real issues had me in stitches and then hoping that they'll work things out. I was their snickering cheerleader throughout the entire story and i'll admit that there were times when Tyler's a**holeness called out to me. Hell yes for a great book by Lauren Blakely.
